POULTRY PROCESSING ACT 1969—REGULATION

(Relating to registration fees for poultry processing plants)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,

and in pursuance of the Poultry Processing Act 1969, has been pleased to

make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1st July, 1991.

Amendment

2. The Poultry Processing Regulation 1982 is amended by omitting

clause 11 and by inserting instead the following clause:

Registration fees

11. For the purposes of section 9A (3) of the Act, the registration fee payable in respect of the registration of a plant of a class specified in Column 1 of the Table to this clause is the fee specified opposite that class in Column 2 of that Table.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Poultry Processing Regulation

1982 to increase fees for registration of poultry processing plants.
