AN ACT to amend the Poultry Industry (Trust

Fund) Act, 1948-1951.

[Assented to 6th May, 1969.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Poultry	Short title
and citation.

Industry (Trust Fund) Act Amendment Act, 1969.

(2) In this Act the Poultry Industry (Trust Fund)

Act, 1948-1951, is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Poultry Industry (Trust Fund) Act, 1948-1969.

amended. 2. Section eighteen of the principal Act is

amended, as to subsection (2),-

(a)	by substituting for the word, "diseases", in line three of paragraph (a), the passage, "such enzootic diseases, within the mean- ing of the Stock Diseases (Regulations) Act, 1968, as the Governor may, by proclamation, declare to be diseases for the purposes of this Act"; and
(b)	by adding after the word, "encourage", in line two of paragraph (e), the passage, ", or extend relief to," .
