REGULATIONS UNDER THE POULTRY INDUSTRY LEVY ACT 1965-1966.*

THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of the Poultry Industry Levy Regulations
The Poultry Industry Levy Regulations are amended by adding at the end thereof the following regulations and Schedule:—
“5.—(1.) The owner of hens may make
an election under sub-section (5.) of section 8 of the
(
a ) where the hens are kept in the Australian Capital Territory—to the Senior Finance Officer of the Department of Primary Industry; or(
b )where the hens are kept in a State—to the Secretary of the State Egg Board in that State.
“(2.)
In the last preceding sub-regulation, ‘State Egg Board’ has the same meaning as
in the
