Poultry Industry Levy Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and after taking into consideration the recommendations with respect to the amounts to be prescribed for the purposes of paragraphs 6 (1) (a) and (b) of the Poultry Industry Levy Act 1965 made to the Minister of State for Primary Industry by the Australian Egg Marketing Council, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1986.

Rate of levy

2. Regulation 3 of the Poultry Industry Levy Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “4.9” and substituting “2.375”; and

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (2) “0.1” and substituting “0.125”.
