Poultry Industry Levy Collection Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Poultry Industry Levy Collection Act 1965.

Second Schedule

1. The Second Schedule to the Poultry Industry Levy Collection Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting “SECOND SCHEDULE” and substituting “SCHEDULE 2”;

(b) by omitting—

“State Name and Address of Appropriate Officer of State Egg Board”,

and substituting—

“Column 1	Column 2
State	Name and address of appropriate officer of State Egg Board”;

(c) by omitting—

“The Egg Marketing Board for the State of New South Wales”,

and substituting—

“New South Wales Egg Corporation”; and

 

(d) by omitting—

“Egg and Egg Pulp Marketing Board,

37 Fennell Street,

Port Melbourne”,

and substituting—

“The Victorian Egg Marketing Board,

Corner of Chandler and Kirkham Roads,

Keysborough, 3173”.
