POULOS
v
HACIDE P/L & ANOR
[2020] HCASL 204
S108/2020
An extension of time of nearly thirty years is required for this application for special leave to appeal from a decision of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of New South Wales to proceed. The proposed grounds of appeal have no prospects of success. It would therefore be futile to grant an extension of time. The application should be dismissed.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
