AN ACT to amend the Potato Growing Industry

Trust Fund Act, 1947-1954.

[Assented to 16th September, 1966.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Potato Ettiattron.

Growing Industry Trust Fund Act Amendment Act,

1966.

(2) In this Act the Potato Growing Industry Trust Fund Act, 1947-1954, is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Potato Growing Industry Trust Fund Act, 1947-1966.

amended.	2. Section sixteen of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words, "Fifty pounds" in the last line of subsection (3), the words, "One hundred dollars".

amended.	3. Section seventeen of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words, "Ten pounds" in the last line of subsection (2), the words, "Twenty dollars".

amended. 4. Section twenty-one of the principal Act is

amended

(a)	by substituting for the words, "two pence" in lines one and two of paragraph (i) of the proviso to subsection (3), the words, "two cents"; and
(b)	by substituting for the words, "One hundred pounds" in the last line of sub- section (7), the words, "Two hundred dollars".

amended. 5. Section twenty-six of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words, "fifty pounds" in the last line, the words, "one hundred dollars".
