POTATO GROWERS LICENSING (AMENDMENT)

ACT.

Act No. 34, 1952.

An Act to provide for an increase in the annual license fee payable by potato growers; for this purpose to amend the Potato Growers Licensing Act, 1940; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 29th October, 1952.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South
Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the "Pota to Growers- Licensing (Amendment) Act, 1952."
(2) The Potato Growers Licensing Act, 1940, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Potato Growers Licensing Act, 1940-1952.
(3) This Act shall commence upon a day to be appointed by the Governor and notified by proclamation published in the Gazette.
2 . The Potato Growers Licensing Act, 1940, is amended by omitting from subsection two of section three the words " ten shillings" and by inserting in lieu thereof the words "one pound". WAREAGAMB A
