AN ACT to continue the operation of the Postponement

of Debts Act, 1914.

[Assented to 24th December, 1918.]

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Postponement of Debts Short title.

Continuation Act, 1918.

2. The Postponement of Debts Act, 1914, shall continue in co.4.44u of Acts

operation until the thirty-first day of December, One thous- and nine hundred and nineteen, unless the Governor shall, by proclamation, at any time prior to that date, determine the operation of the Act.
