AN ACT to continue the operation of the

Postponement of Debts Act, 1914.

[Assented to 11th December, 1917.]

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inBE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Postponement of Debts

Act Continuation Act, 1917.

Continuation of Act. 2. The Postponement of Debts Act, 1914, shall continue

in operation until the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, unless the Governor shall, by proclamation, at any time prior to that Act, determine the operation of the Act.
