AN ACT to continue the operation of the Post-

ponement of Debts Act, 1914.

[Assented to, 19th October, 1915.]

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Par-BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and liament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1.     This Act may be cited as the Postponement of Debts Act Short title.

Continuation Act, 1915.

2. The Postponement of Debts Act, 1914, shall continue in Continuation of

operation until the 31st day of October, 1916, unless the Governor Act.

shall, by proclamation, at any time prior to that date, determine the

operation of the Act.
