STATUTORY RULES.
PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901–1910.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth
of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify
that, on account of urgency, the undermentioned amended Regulations under the
Postal Regulations—General Postal Regulations.
Telephone Regulations.
should come into immediate operation, and make the amended Regulations to come into operation forthwith as Provisional Regulations.

Postal Regulations—General Postal Regulations.
Regulation 1 under this head (Statutory Rules 1908, No.107) is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2) the words “the fee for a small private box shall be only 10s. per annum,” and inserting in their stead the following words:—
“ the fees shall be—
For a large box, £1 10s. per annum
For a medium-sized box, £1 per annum.
For a small box, 10s. per annum.”
Telephone Regulations.
Regulation 28 under this head (Statutory Rules 1912, No. 65) is amended by inserting immediately before the item “Jack, or jack and plug,” the following item:—
“If the subscriber is supplied with atable telephone affixed to an adjustable bracket the rental shall be that for an ordinary table telephone increased by ... ... ... 0 6 0”
