Postal Services Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Postal Services Act 1975.

1. The Postal Services Regulations are amended by adding after regulation 55 the following regulation:

Allowances included in “salary” as defined in sub-section 46a (12) of the Act

“56. The allowances set out in the Schedule are declared to be included in salary for the purposes of the definition of “salary” in sub-section 46a(12) of the Act.”.
