Postal Services Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Postal Services Act 1975.

After Regulation 56 of the Postal Services Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Section 82 of the Act—prescribed amount

“57. For the purposes of section 82 of the Act, an amount of $2,000,000 is prescribed.”.
