REGULATIONS UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1968.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendment of the Postal Regulations
Regulation 123b of the Postal Regulations is amended
by omitting paragraph (
“(
a )for the supply by a Philatelic Section of an envelope specially designed for philatelic purposes—(i) in the case of an envelope designed for use with a special stamp or a special series of stamps—eight cents; or
(ii) in any other case—three cents;”.
