REGULATIONS UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1968.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1968.

Amendment of the Postal Regulations 

Services at Philatelic Sections.

Regulation 123b of the Postal Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (4.) and inserting in its stead the following paragraph:—

“(a)for the supply by a Philatelic Section of an envelope specially designed for philatelic purposes—

(i) in the case of an envelope designed for use with a special stamp or a special series of stamps—eight cents; or

(ii) in any other case—three cents;”.
