STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1946.*
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of the Postal Regulations.
1. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the first day of July, 1947.
“(1.) The fees for the use of private boxes shall be as follows:—
(
a )At the General Post Office in a State capital, the Post Office, Elizabeth Street, Melbourne, and at such other post office or place in the city area of a State capital as the Postmaster-General directs to be used as an extension of the private box installation at the General Post Office:—
