STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1934.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendment of the Postal Regulations.
(
a ) by omitting from sub-regulation (2.) the words “except parcels,”; and(
b ) by omitting sub-regulation (3.) and inserting in its stead the following sub-regulation:—“(3.) The late fee on ordinary parcels, registered parcels, cash-on-delivery parcels, or insured parcels, which are posted for any destination at any post office at which ‘late fee’ parcels are accepted, shall be Twopence for each parcel.”.
(
a ) by inserting at the end of paragraph (c ) of sub-regulation (2.) the word “or”; and(
b ) by omitting paragraph (e) of sub-regulation (2.).
