STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901–1934.*
I,THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the
Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive
Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the

Amendments of the Postal Regulations.
“
18. A postal article classified as Second Class Mail Matter shall not exceed 3 feet in length, breadth and depth combined, and no dimension shall exceed 2 feet:
Provided that where the article is in the form of a roll the length plus twice the diameter shall not exceed 3 feet 4 inches, and the greatest dimension shall not exceed 2 feet 8 inches.”

a ) by omitting the words “not exceeding a total value of 20s.”; and(
b )by omitting the words “Wireless Telegraphy Regulations” and inserting in their stead the words “Australian Broadcasting Act 1942.”
