REGULATIONS UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1923.

I, THE DEPUTY OF THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the undermentioned amended Regulation under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1923, to come into operation on and from 1st July, 1930.

Amendment of the Postal Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1927, No. 144, as amended to this date.)

Regulation 178 is repealed and the following Regulation inserted in its stead:—

178. A postal charge of Sixpence shall be collected from the addressee on delivery of each parcel received from a place beyond the Commonwealth having contents on which Customs duty is payable.
