An Act to regulate the Postage of Letters in
in the Colony of Western Australia.
HEREAS it is expedient to provide for the Postage mid preamble.
Conveyance of Letters in this Colony;--Be it therefore
enacted by His Excellency the. Governor of Western Australia and

able and proper.
Who are to conform to IL AND be it further enacted, that every person so appointedthe orders or instructions
of the Governor. Post Master or Deputy Post Master, as aforesaid, shall observe and
follow all such Orders, Rules, Directions, and Instructions, for and
concerning the settlement of Posts within the said Colony, and the receiving, carrying, and delivering of all Letters under this Act, as
the Governor, or Acting Governor, aforesaid, shall from time to time
