AN ACT further to amend the Post Office Savings' Bank
Ordinance.

| HEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Post Office Savings' Bank Ordinance ; Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :— | Preamble. |

Office Savings' Bank, upon security by way of Mortgage of the whole property, rates, and revenues of the Corporation:

and form or to the effect prescribed by " The Municipal Institu- tions' Act, 1871," in favor of the Colonial Treasurer, for and on account of the Post Office Savings' Bank.
| Loan may exceed £1000. | 3 ANY such loan may exceed the sum of One thousand pounds |
limited by the Post Office Savings' Bank Ordinance.
