AN ACT to regulate the Interest payable to

Depositors in the Post Office Savings Bank.

[Assented to, i7th July, 495.]

WHEREAS it is expedient that the interest payable to depositors

in the Post Office Savings Bank should not be fixed by Statute, but should be adjusted from time to time in accordance with the value of money : Be it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—
