An Act to amend "The Post Office Act, 1876."

EREAS it is expedient to amend '<The Post Office Act, p-ble.

WH 1876 "-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the	Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the
Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said province, in
this present Parliament msembled, as follo wa :

1. Sectiom 17 and 18 of "The Post Office Act, 1876," are ~ e p s ~

hereby repealed.

3. Section 19 of "The Post Office Act, 1876," shall be read as if ~ d m a n t o f wets.

had been omitted from the said section.

4. This Act may be cited as the " Post Office Act Amendment eaort title.
