REGULATION UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1923.
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendment of the Post and Telegraph Regulations.
(Statutory Rules 1913, No. 348, as amended to this date.)
Regulation 381 is amended by
omitting the words and figures “or the Chairman of a Board of Inquiry held
under Section 46 of the Commonwealth Public Service Act” and inserting the
words “or by the Chairman of an Appeal Board or of a Board of Inquiry
constituted under the provisions of the
