REGULATIONS UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901‑1923.

I, THE GOVERNOR‑GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the undermentioned amended Regulation under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901‑1923, to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of the Post and Telegraph Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1913, No. 348, as amended to this date.)

Regulation 243 is amended—

(a) by inserting after the words “Inter‑State Parcels” the words “and on parcels addressed to Lord Howe Island, to the Territories of Norfolk Island and Papua and to the Mandated Territory of New Guinea”; and

(b)by inserting after the word ‘Inter‑State’ in the column headed “Destination” of the table of rates the words “Lord Howe Island, the Territories of Norfolk Island or Papua, and the Mandated Territory of New Guinea.”
