STATUTORY RULES.

REGULATION UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1923.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the undermentioned amended Regulation under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1923, to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of the Post and Telegraph Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1913, No. 348, as amended to this date.)

Regulation 50 is amended by inserting after the words “bound or fastened in the catalogue” the words “If a printed slip by means of which an item is altered or a new item inserted conforms to the conditions prescribed for printed papers and the subject matter of the slip has direct reference to the subject matter of the catalogue, it shall not be necessary to bind and fasten the slip in the catalogue.”
