REGULATION UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1923.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the undermentioned amended Regulation under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1923, to come into operation forthwith.

Dated this twenty-ninth day of July, 1925.

Amendment of the Post and Telegraph Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1913, No. 348, as amended to this date.)

Regulation 83 is omitted and the following regulation inserted in its stead:—

83. The Department cannot undertake to deliver by postman on the first round after their receipt bulky articles and articles over 1 lb. in weight, when the delivery of such articles would impede the general distribution of correspondence.
