AN ACT to repeal the Twenty-third Section

of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1893.

become transferred to the Commonwealth : And whereas it will not be permissible, after such date, to denote the Revenue Duties of Western Australia by Postage Stamps, or to denote Postage Duties or Fees by Revenue Stamps of Western Australia: Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1, FROM and after the thirty-first day of December, 1900, section twenty-three of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1893, is hereby No. s. 23.

Repeal of 57 Viet.,

repealed.
