Commencement Proclamation (No. 2) 2014.2. Commencement
The Ports Legislation Amendment Act 2014 sections 4(4), 5(2),
28(2), 31(2) to (4), 34, 36, 44(1) and (3) to (5), and 45(1) and
(3) to (5), come into operation on 1 July 2014.
