Commencement Proclamation 2014.2. Commencement
The Ports Legislation Amendment Act 2014 sections 4(1) and (2), 6, 7(2), 8, 9, 11 to 27 and 33, and Part 3 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette.
