Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
1.CitationThese regulations may be cited as the Ports (Easements, Leases and Licences) Regulations 1994.
2.Prescribed criterion for easement, lease or licence not approved by the MinisterAn easement, lease or licence granted by a port authority under section 14 (1) (a) of the Act is not to be for a period of more than 5 years.
