I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of clause 3 of Schedule 5 to the Ports Assets (Authorised Transactions) Act 2012, make the following Proclamation.

1      Name of Proclamation

This Proclamation is the Ports Assets (Authorised Transactions) (Dissolution of Port
Corporations) Proclamation 2016.

2      Commencement

This Proclamation commences on 1 September 2016 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Dissolution of Port Kembla Port Corporation and Sydney Ports Corporation

Pursuant to clause 3 of Schedule 5 to the Ports Assets (Authorised Transactions) Act

2012, the following Port Corporations are dissolved:

(a) the Port Kembla Port Corporation,
(b) the Sydney Ports Corporation.
