Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Ports and Maritime Administration Regulation 2012 to increase the fees in relation to commuter wharf permits, charter wharf bookings and mooring licences. The fee increases are generally in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index.

This Regulation is made under the Ports and Maritime Administration Act 1995, including sections 85G and
110 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Ports and Maritime Administration Amendment (Fees)

Regulation 2019.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2019 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.
