Ports and Harbours Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 2008

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Ports and Harbours Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2008.

2.            Commencement

" $4 552.28 ".

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2008.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Ports and
Harbours Regulations 1966.

4.           Regulation 14 amended

Regulation 14(3) is amended by deleting "$4 402.60" and inserting instead —

5.            Regulation 15 amended

Regulation 15(3) is amended by deleting "$724.53" and inserting instead -

6.           Regulation iSA amended

(1)	Regulation 1 5A( I )(a) is amended by deleting "$721.82" and inserting instead -

(2) Regulation 15A(2) is amended as follows:

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "$721.82" and inserting instead -

7.            Regulation 15B amended

Regulation 15B is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "$343.34" and inserting instead - " $355.02 ";

8. Regulation 15C amended
Regulation 15C(a) is amended as follows:

(a) by deleting "$108.14" and inserting instead -

9.            Regulation 16 amended

Regulation 16(d)(i) is amended by deleting "$796.17" and inserting instead -

10.          Regulation 18 amended

(1) Regulation 18(1)(f) is amended by deleting "issued under the

Fisheries Act 1905" and inserting instead -

granted under the Fish Resources Management
Regulations 1995

(2) Regulation 18(2)(e) and (0 are deleted and the following
paragraph is inserted instead -

"

(e) in the case of conservancy dues referred to in

item 3, on 1 July.

(3) Regulation 18(2a) is amended by deleting "and the Third
Schedule Division 2".

11.          Third Schedule amended

(1) The Third Schedule Division 1 is amended in each item listed in
column 1 of the Table to this subregulation by deleting the
amount set Out in column 2, and inserting instead the amount set
out in column 3, opposite that item.
