PORTS AND HARBOURS AMEND/VIENT REGULATIONS (NO. 3) 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Ports and Harbours Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 1993.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on 1 January 1994.

By His Excellency's Command, D. G. BLIGHT, Clerk of the Council.

Third Schedule amended

3.     Part 1 of the Third Schedule to the Ports and Harbours Regulations* is

amended in item 1, under the heading "CARNARVON'', by deleting the
