(No. 2) 1992

Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in

Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Ports and Harbours Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1992.

Principal regulations

2.      In these regulations the Ports and Harbours Regulations* are referred to

as the principal regulations.

References to "Manager" amended

3.     The principal regulations are amended by deleting "Manager" wherever

it occurs in the provisions referred to in the Table to this regulation and

substituting in each case the following —
