MH303 SHIPPING AND PILOTAGE ACT 1967 PORTS AND HARBOURS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1991
Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation1. These regulations may be cited as the Ports and Harbours Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 1991.
Commencement2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 August 1991.
Principal regulations
3. In these regulations the Ports and Harbours Regulations* are referred to as
the principal regulations.

4.Regulation 14 of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation (3)
by deleting "$2 493" and substituting the following—
• $2 742 ". Regulation 15 amended
5. Regulation 15 of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation (3)by deleting 1411" and substituting the following—
• $452 Regulation 15A amended
6. Regulation 15A of the principal regulations is amended—
(a) in subregulation (1) by deleting "$399" and substituting the following—
• $439 "; and
(b) by deleting 1411" and substituting the following—
(b) in subregulation (2)—
(i) by deleting 1399" and substituting the following— $439 "; and
(ii) by deleting "$484" and substituting the following—
" $533 ".
Regulation 1513 amended
7. Regulation 15B of the principal regulations is amended— (a) by deleting 1194" and substituting the following—
• $213 "; and (b) by deleting 1278" and substituting the following—
• $306 ".
Regulation 15C amended
8. Regulation 15C of the principal regulations is amended—
(a) by deleting 161" and substituting the following— $67 ";

Regulation 16 amended
9. Regulation 16 of the principal regulations is amended in paragraph (d) bydeleting 1450" and substituting the following—
" $495 ".
Regulation 18 amended
10. Regulation 18 of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation (2)—
(a) by deleting the semicolon at the end of paragraph (f) and substituting a full stop; and
(b) by deleting paragraph (g).
Third Schedule amended
11. The Third Schedule to the principal regulations is amended—
(a) in Part I—
(i) by deleting item 1 and substituting the following item—(Regulation 15) 1. The charges for pilotage of vessels into and out of ports in the State at which pilotage is provided are—

(ii) 9.19 cents per ton of the gross registered tonnage of the vessel,
whichever is the greater amount; or

(a) under subitem (1) (a) upon the entry of a vessel into a port if the conservancy dues payable under that subitem have been paid upon the entry of that vessel into that or any other part of the State within the immediately preceding period of 2 months; or (I)) under subitem (1)(b) upon the entry of a vessel into a port if the conservancy dues payable under that sub item have been paid upon entry of that vessel into that or any other port of the State within the immediately preceding period of 12 months. "; (ii) in item 2 by deleting "$62" and substituting the following—
