PORTS AND HARBOURS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Ports and Harbours Amendment

Regulations 1992.

Principal regulations

2.     In these regulations the Ports and Harbours Regulations* are referred to

as the principal regulations.

Regulation 15C amended

3.     Regulation 15C of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

"Cape Cuvier" and substituting the following —

it a port in the State at which the Department provides a pilotage
service

Third Schedule amended

4.     The Third Schedule to the principal regulations is amended in Part II

item 4 (1) by deleting "exceeds 30 metres	276" and substituting the
following —

ti	exceeds 30 metres but does not exceed 50 metres	320
exceeds 50 metres	500
