AN ACT to empower the Government to estab- lish and delimit, by Proclamation, Ports and Harbours for the purposes of Ordinances 18 Victorim, No. 15, and 37 Victorise, No. 14, and for other relative purposes.

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Par-B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative .Council and
liament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
