AN ACT to empower the Government to estab- lish and delimit, by Proclamation, Ports and Harbours for the purposes of Ordinances 18 Victorim, No. 15, and 37 Victorise, No. 14, and for other relative purposes.

liament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

This Act may be cited as the Ports and Harbours Act, 1917.

Short title.

It shall be lawful for the Governor, by proclamation, to de- clare that any place bounded as set out in the proclamation shall
