This Plan is Port Stephens Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 6).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 10, DP 729986, 2 Jessie Road, Anna Bay.

4 Amendment of Port Stephens Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Column 1 in Part 2.

Insert the following in Columns 1, 2 and 3, respectively:
