1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Port Stephens Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 5).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Karuah:

(a)	part of Lot 302, DP 1004596, 15 Gray Drive,
(b)	Lot 271, DP 876238, 31 Johnson Avenue,
(c)	part of Lot 2, DP 748343, 314 Tarean Road,
(d)	part of Lot 2, DP 1057535, 22 William Street,
(e)	Lot 303, DP 1004596, 24 William Street.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Port Stephens Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
