1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Port Stephens Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 36).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Heatherbrae—

(a)	2179 Pacific Highway, being Lot 4211, DP 747474,
(b)	2199 Pacific Highway, being Lot 53, DP 534043,
(c)	2207 Pacific Highway, being part of Lot 513, DP 587997,
(d)	2209 Pacific Highway, being part of Lot 512, DP 587997,
(e)	2213 Pacific Highway, being Lot 511, DP 587997.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Port Stephens Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
