This Plan is Port Stephens Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 31).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land in Karuah—

(a)	Lot 1, DP 1245134, 436 Tarean Road, known as Karuah RSL Club,
(b)	Lot 1782, DP 609636, 5 Barclay Street,
(c)	Lot 166, DP 753196, 444A Tarean Road,
(d)	Lot 167, DP 753196, 438 Tarean Road,
(e)	Lot 168, DP 753196, 440 Tarean Road,
(f)	Lot 169, DP 753196, 442 Tarean Road,
(g)	Lot 170, DP 753196, 444 Tarean Road,
(h)	Lot 175, DP 753196, 20 Bundabah Street,

(i)      Lot 176, DP 753196, 22 Bundabah Street.

The maps adopted by Port Stephens Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
