1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Port Stephens Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 23).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	Lots 2–4, DP 792211, being 4–8 Valerie Road, Salt Ash,
(b)	Lot 1, DP 1186184 being 508 Swan Bay Road, Swan Bay.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Port Stephens Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Port Stephens Local Environmental Plan 2013

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit “DP 79221” from clause 5 (1). Insert instead “DP 792211”.
