1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Port Stephens Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 14).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	part of Lot 302, DP 1004596, 15 Gray Drive, Karuah,
(b)	part of Lot 12, DP 1138643, 1 Laverick Avenue, Tomago,
(c)	part of Lot 2, DP 1195849, 12 Laverick Avenue, Tomago,
(d)	part of Lot 1, DP 1195849, 14 Laverick Avenue, Tomago,
(e)	part of Lot 143, DP 605461, 38 Old Punt Road, Tomago.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Port Stephens Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
