1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Port Stephens Local Environmental Plan 2000

(Amendment No 24).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 436702 and Lot 1, DP 749565, 75 and 81 Holdom Road, Karuah, as shown coloured pink, edged heavy black and lettered “2 (a)” and coloured orange, edged heavy black and lettered “7 (a)” on the map marked “Port Stephens Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 24)” deposited in the office of Port Stephens Council.
