HEREAS it is expedient to rcpeal an Act, No. 10 of 1860, in- Preamble.

tituled "An Act to authorize the Levying of Tolls on the Port Road, and for other purposes"-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislatiw Council and House of Assembly of the said Province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

1. An Act, No. 10 of 1860, intituled

An Act to authorize the Repeal.

Levying of Tolls on the Port Road, and for other purposes" is hereby repealed, except so far as may be necessary to support any matter or thing lawfully done thereunder before the coming into operation of this Act.

2. This Act shall come into operation on the first dap of January, Commencement of

one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one.
