This order in council may be cited as the Port of Brisbane Authority (Suspension of Harbour Dues) Order 1991 . Suspension of harbour dues 2. The collection and payment of the harbour dues set out in the Schedule are suspended for the period ending 30 June 1992, in relation to the Port of Brisbane.

2 Port of Brisbane Authority (Suspension of Harbour Dues) Order 1991 SCHEDULE section 2 HARBOUR DUES SUSPENDED UNTIL 30 JUNE 1992 The wharfage dues under– (a) the Fisherman Islands Wharf By-laws 1980 ; and (b) the Pinkenba Wharf By-laws 1977 ; that are payable on inward cargo that is grain or seed landed at a wharf to which the by-laws apply.
