1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Port Macquarie-Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment

No 56).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Port Macquarie-Hastings Local Environmental

Plan 2011 applies.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Port Macquarie-Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

[1]      Land Use Table, Zone B7 Business Park

Insert at the end of item 1—

• To create employment environments within large scale developments that are of high visual quality and relate favourably in architectural and landscape treatment to the large scale development.

[2]      Zone B7, item 3

Omit “Landscaping material supplies;”, “Plant nurseries;”, “Take away food and drink premises;” and “Timber yards;”.

Insert in appropriate order “Food and drink premises;” and “Self-storage units;”.

[3]      Zone B7, item 4

Omit “Electricity generating works;”, “Function centres;”, “Industrial training facilities;” and “Recreation areas”.

Insert after clause 7.17—

7.18 Development on certain land at or near Port Macquarie Airport

(1)

This clause applies to certain land at or near Port Macquarie Airport, shown as

“Area 1” on the Clause Application Map.

(2)

Development for the purposes of fencing or cutting, pruning, poisoning or removing trees may be carried out by or on behalf of a public authority without consent if the development is in connection with Port Macquarie Airport.

Insert at the end of the Schedule—

13 Use of certain land at or near Port Macquarie Airport

(1)

This clause applies to certain land at or near Port Macquarie Airport, shown as

“Item 13” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2)

Development for the purposes of sewerage systems is permitted without

development consent.
