This Plan is Port Macquarie-Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment

No 39).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Port Macquarie:

(b)	Lot 1, DP 369206, 153 John Oxley Drive,
(c)	Lots 1–3, DP 533058, 175, 171 and 165 John Oxley Drive,
(d)	Lot 2, DP 578793, 209 John Oxley Drive,
(e)	Lot 21, DP 1089272, 211 John Oxley Drive,
(f)	Lot 2, DP 1186806, Oxley Highway,
(g)	Lot 297, DP 1234443, Philip Charley Drive,

The maps adopted by Port Macquarie-Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
